Environdata is based in Queensland. Do I have access to local support?

We provide email, and telephone (Skype for overseas) support for all our customers, both in Australia and overseas.  We can also use remote connections to your PC or directly to your weather station, where communications facilities allow.

If you want to use a local contractor for your support, then we will also provide the necessary support to them.

Using one of our regular scheduled service trips, you can share some of the travel costs and minimise the overall cost for everyone.
